This tweeting business is quite good fun, it seems a bit like facebook and it will be interesting to see if I get any followers. I had a bit of difficulty in finding other CAM23 participants, but managed to find a few via individuals so that is the only problem that I had.
If you click on the links on item 5 of the notes you should get loads of people to follow, else do a search on #cam23 and start following
